Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Coconut Residence purchase. If it isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

To arrange a return or exchange, please get in touch through our Contact Us page within 14 days of receiving your order, including your order number and the items you wish to return. Our team will share the return address and next steps. You’ll then have a further 14 days to send your items back.

Please return items unworn, unwashed and with their original tags attached. Trying items on to check the fit is, of course, welcome.

If a different size or colour would suit you better, we’ll be pleased to help, subject to availability.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return or evidence that you’ve sent it back, whichever is earlier. If you return your entire order, we’ll also refund the original standard delivery charge.

If your item arrives faulty or incorrect, please contact us so we can put things right. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
